Victoria Swamidass, MBA
CEO & Founder
Victoria Swamidass is a proven product launcher, leading growth in healthcare technology for 15 years. She founded PlatformSTL to develop emerging science into market-ready products. Since launch, Victoria has led development of six software tools from academic concept to MVP and beyond.

Victoria holds an MBA and extensive experience leading the development of clinical tools, with deep expertise in patient and physician engagement. In past roles, Victoria was responsible for the product development and market launch of multimillion-dollar healthcare programs.
Mike Blackford
User Experience
With more than 15+ years of design and UI experience, Mike creates intuitive interfaces for complex, data-driven platforms and applications. Mike manages highly technical design needs while empathizing with the user to create cutting-edge interactions for complex data solutions.

Mike champions the user’s experience, ensuring that PlatformSTL’s tech will best serve clinicians. With both design and technical skills, Mike holds a BFA and senior level experience with several billion-dollar corporations including digital marketing, design, product development, and creation of fully accessible WCAG AA websites.
Kevin Boehm
Engineering Architect
Kevin has led engineering for PlatformSTL since 2023. Kevin is a full-stack software engineer and leader with over 13 years of experience in healthcare technology and research. Specializing in systems engineering and entrepreneurship, he has successfully guided the development of large-scale services used by millions and implemented innovative, cost-saving data solutions. His expertise in software architecture, data management, and performance optimization ensures projects balance technical innovation with business goals.
